The Alit which is located at the Cultural Experience Centre ”GINA” offers a Balinese cooking course for two-hour class. You can choose one of Balinese cooking class, Indonesian cooking class and Balinese cakes class.

| Balinese Sweets Class (60min/2.00pm〜3.00pm) On this class, you will learn to make mix fruit juice and Balinese sweets ★Mix fruit juice made from papaya, water melon, pineapple and banana ★Choose one of the following menu ＊ Bali crepe with coconut ＊Rice-flour dumpling with palm sugar sauce ＊Palm sugar dumpling with coconut slices ＊Dessert of boiled banana |
